The project vision is to deliver a high-quality, mixed-use development that reflects the unique coastal character of Manly while enhancing the amenity and liveability of the local area.

The proposed development comprises two levels of basement car parking, a vibrant ground floor retail and commercial offering, six levels of premium residential apartments, and a rooftop terrace that celebrates the stunning coastal outlooks of Manly. As part of the development, the restoration and revitalisation of a heritage building located on the south western corner is included within the scope.

The subject site is situated at 9-11 Victoria Parade, Manly and is currently DA approved for a mixed used development. S4.55 Modification has been lodged in July 2025 by the Principal to amend some of the internal unit layouts to improve sale ability and amalgamate the apartments on Level 4 (Approval anticipated by January 2026).
